Payment Information

For your convenience we offer the following payment options… Credit Card: We are proud to accept Visa, MasterCard. To protect our customers, we verify the shipping and billing addresses with credit card companies when processing orders. If you are having merchandise shipped to an address other than your billing address, please contact your credit card company and make sure your account notes the alternate address. As a convenience, we also accept checks or money orders. Please allow 7-10 days from receipt of your check or money order for processing. We will provide confirmation of your order status by email once processing has been completed.

In the even that a product is listed at an incorrect price due to typographical error or error in pricing information received from others, Lucky Shoes, Inc. shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price. International Orders

We do not currently accept International orders.

Sales Tax

Lucky Shoes, Inc. is headquartered in Akron, Ohio. As a result, we are required to charge sales tax on all orders being shipped to an address in Ohio.

For orders shipped to addresses in all other states, the customer is responsible for remitting any applicable sales/use tax to their state of residence.
