"I wanted to express my appreciation to you and your staff. For years, I have shopped at your Belden and Fairlawn stores. Your staff are knowledgeable and not pushy. They never try to sell a shoe that does not “fit” right. They even tell me when a shoe does not “look right” on my foot (: I am so pleased that you have some of the European shoes. They are so stylish and great to walk in. You have managed to stay ahead of the game and purchase shoes for the younger and older crowd without sacrificing comfort. This is a difficult challenge for you, because stylish shoes are not always comfortable and comfortable shoes are not always stylish.
