Returns

You have 45 whole days from the day you receive your order to decide if it's not quite right.

All you need to do to start the Refund process is to shoot us a quick email at websales@luckyshoes.com and ask for a return. Please include your name, order number, and reason for the return. Please allow 1-2 business days for us to respond to your email.

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer unless a verified mistake was made on our part. The return delivery fee is structured as follows: $10.00 for the first pair in an order and an additional $5.00 for every subsequent pair returned within the same order. This fee will be deducted from your refund total. Outbound shipping fees are non-refundable unless we've made an error on our end.
  • We can only accept unworn (in like-new condition) products for a full refund. Any items returned in worn condition will be subject to a restocking fee between 20-70%, which will be deducted from any refund.
  • All merchandise must be shipped to us in original condition, in the original product box, and in proper packaging. Please place the boxed product in a proper shipping box/bag or padded envelope when returning. Damaging the product box by using it as the shipping box will result in a minimum 10% restock fee - please do not damage the box.
  • For items you want to return after 45 days, but within 90 days, the maximum refund will be the purchase amount minus a 20% restocking fee.
  • Any items after 90 days of delivery are unable to be returned.

Please allow us 2-3 business days to process your refund after we have received it. You'll receive an email notification that your refund has been submitted to the bank. Once we've sent your refund through, it's up to your bank how quickly the refund posts to your account. Most people see their refunds post in 5-7 business days.

Exchanges

If you are looking to "exchange" for a different size, you will follow the above return policy to return the item you received and order the replacement item separately. You will be refunded for the initial item when it is received and inspected. 

Defective items

In the rare instance where you may have received a faulty product, please reach out.  and we'll be certain to set things right—right away. We promise to be fair with our decision about any reasonable request.

In-store Returns and Exchanges

If you're close to one of our retail locations, you can drop off your return there, and they will process the return or exchange onsite.
